Divaris Real Estate, Inc. Announces $12.15 Million Sale of Virginia Beach’s Windwood Centre
Divaris’ full-service firm will retain leasing responsibilities and assume management of the building.
Virginia Beach, Va. (June 8, 2022) – Divaris Real Estate, Inc. announces the $12.15 million sale of Windwood Centre, a four-story Class A suburban office building in the Lynnhaven submarket of Virginia Beach. CCP Commercial Real Estate (CCP) sold the building to Seminole Trail Management. Jason Oliver, CCIM and Michael Divaris of the Divaris Investment Sales Group, represented CCP in the transaction.
“With its strong tenancy, functional amenities and excellent location across from the dominant mall in the region, Windwood is one of the premier suburban office buildings in Hampton Roads,” stated Jason Oliver, senior vice president at Divaris Real Estate.
The 78,619 square foot building is located at 780 Lynnhaven Parkway, across from Lynnhaven Mall at the corner of Lynnhaven Parkway and International Parkway. Current tenants include Regus and Moseley Architects.
Seminole Trail Management is based in Charlottesville, Virginia. In April, Divaris brokered the sale of Poplar Hill Medical Center in Chesapeake, Virginia to Seminole for $5.7 million. Seminole will retain Divaris’ full-service firm to handle leasing and management of Windwood Centre.
