San Antonio, TX, February 28, 2022 – Ackerman & Co. today announced the company’s first industrial development in San Antonio, Doerr Lane Logistics Center, has broken ground with an expected completion date of February 2023. The property is located in Schertz, Texas, and will deliver 307,000 square feet of Class A distribution space.
Strategically located in Northeast San Antonio along the Texas Triangle in Schertz, Texas, advantages include convenient access to I-35, Loop 1604, and I-10; access to the deep labor pool in the San Antonio metro area’s population of over 2.4 million; and synergies with other corporate distribution neighbors including Amazon, FedEx, O’Reilly, Penske, and T.J. Maxx.
