Divaris Real Estate Announces $16 Million and 150,032 Square Feet in Completed Transactions for August 2018

VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of 28 transactions totaling $16,101,853.39 and 150,032 square feet of sold, leased and renewed commercial property in the Hampton Roads, Richmond, and Central Virginia markets in August 2018.

 

Sales Transactions

  • Wells Fargo Bank/Financial Management, LLC purchased a two-building, 5,616-square-foot retail property at 8131 and 8137 Brook Road in Richmond for $2,350,000.  Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the seller, EMC North Park Center, LLC.
  • High Summit Partners, LLC purchased a 16,376-square-foot commercial property at 1200-1209 Westover Hills Boulevard in Richmond from Joginder P. Jassal for $1,411,500. John Madures and Eric Hammond represented the seller.   Family Dollar occupies half of the building.
    • Justin T. Bush purchased Main Street Center, a 16,340-square-foot medical office building at 114 North Main Street in Suffolk, Virginia, from North Main Street, LLC for $1,100,000.  George Fox represented the seller.
    • Dunkin’ Donuts purchased a 2,034-square-foot commercial building on .46 acres at 3529 Virginia Beach Boulevard in Virginia Beach for $875,000.  George Fox represented the seller, Gary R. and Karen Z. Detweiler.
    • TVLJR Enterprises, LLC purchased 1,500 square feet of retail space at 841 Juniper Crescent in Chesapeake, Virginia from Vito Covino for $130,000.  Elizabeth Napolitano and Kayla Olson represented the seller.

    • Ollie’s Bargain Outlet leased 32,000 square feet of retail space in Ahoskie Commons at 1474 Memorial Drive in Ahoskie, North Carolina.  George Fox represented the landlord.
    • Binn’s Fashion Shop leased 10,802 square feet of retail space in WindsorMeade Marketplace at 4900 Monticello Avenue in Williamsburg, Va.  Missy Martinovich represented the tenant.
    • Kingdom Transformation Ministries leased 7,200 square feet of retail space in the Newport Crossing Shopping Center at 439 Oriana Road in Newport News, Va.  George Fox and Kris Fuller represented the landlord.
    • Traffic Brewing Company leased 5,152 square feet of street retail space at 9 South Mallory Street in Hampton, Va.   Missy Martinovich represented the landlord.
    • 757 Life Church leased 4,272 square feet of office space in the Southport Trade Center at 349 Southport Circle in Virginia Beach.  Elizabeth Napolitano and Vivian Turok represented the landlord.
    • CycleBar leased 3,500 square feet of retail space in Hilltop North Shopping Center at 1620 Laskin Road in Virginia Beach.  Elizabeth Napolitano and Sezin Cortinas represented the tenant.
    • Humana MarketPOINT leased 3,481 square feet of office space in JANAF Shopping Yard at 5802 East Virginia Beach Boulevard in Norfolk, Va.  Krista Costa and Katherine Olson represented the tenant.
    • Shake Shack leased 3,403 square feet of retail space in the Columbus Village Shopping Center in the Town Center of Virginia Beach at 296 Constitution Drive.   Sezin Cortinas, Gerald Divaris, and Erica Rorrer represented the landlord.
    • Indus Psychiatric Services leased 2,750 square feet of office space at 114 North Main Street in Suffolk, Va.  Elizabeth Napolitano represented the landlord.
    • Michael E. Krone, DDS, PLLC leased 2,190 square feet of office space in the Cloverhill Medical Center at 13841 Hull Street Road in Chesterfield, Va.  Eric Hammond, Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the landlord.
    • Solidcore NOVA leased 1,934 square feet of retail space in GreenGate at West Broad Street, Building E in Richmond.  Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the landlord.

    • Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority leased 1,240 square feet of retail space in Woodlake Commons Shopping Center at 7028-7032 Woodlake Commons Loop in Midlothian.  Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the landlord.
    • Mochicko Cville leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in 5th Street Station at 5th Street in Charlottesville, Va.  Larry Agnew represented the landlord.

    • Marine System Corporation renewed a lease for office space in Fort Monroe consisting of 6,130 square feet in Building 262 at 367 Fenwick Road and 3,753 square feet in Building 264 at 88 Patch Road in Hampton, Va.  Elizabeth Napolitano and Chris Bendit represented the landlord.
    • Oppenheimer renewed its lease for 4,598 square feet of office space in the Town Center of Virginia Beach at 205 Town Center Drive.   Krista Costa, Michael Divaris and Vivian Turok represented the landlord.
    • Sierra Pacific Mortgage Company renewed its lease for 2,213 square feet of office space in the Beach Municipal Federal Credit Union at 4164 Virginia Beach Boulevard in Virginia Beach.   Chris Bendit represented the landlord.
    • Maxx Cuts renewed its lease for 1,200 square feet of retail space in Salem Crossing at 2029 South Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach.  Levi Thomson represented the landlord.
