Divaris Real Estate Announces Promotions in Virginia Offices

VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the promotion of several of its sales and leasing agents in its Virginia Beach and Richmond offices in recognition of excellent leadership and commitment to success.

In the Virginia Beach office, the following individuals who were promoted, include:

Sezin Cortinas was promoted to Senior Vice President.  Her specialties include:  international (IKEA), national and regional retail tenant representation as well as leasing and development of mixed-use, lifestyle projects and malls including Town Center of Virginia Beach and Myrtle Beach Mall.   She holds a degree from Old Dominion University.

Krista Costa was promoted to Senior Vice President.  Her specialties include corporate office tenant representation services and leasing a portfolio of approximately 1 million square feet of Class A office space in Hampton Roads.  She holds a degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University.

George Fox was promoted to Senior Vice President. He specializes in retail landlord representation with a primary focus on grocery anchored neighborhood centers.  Fox develops and executes successful leasing strategies for a portfolio of 16 shopping centers totaling 2 million square feet of gross leasable area. He holds a degree from James Madison University.

Erica Meekins Rorrer, Associate Broker, was promoted to Senior Vice President.  She specializes in tenant representation, pre-development and leasing of mixed-use town centers, power centers, and lifestyle centers, such as The Town Center of Virginia Beach, The Village at Valley Forge in King of Prussia, PA, Marketplace at Tech Center in Newport News, VA and 5th Street Station in Charlottesville, VA. She holds a degree from James Madison University and a Masters in Commercial Property from The Lipsey School of Real Estate.

Levi Thomson was promoted to Senior Vice President.  He specializes in the representation of retail landlords and tenants, pre-leasing retail developments from single-tenant, freestanding properties to multi-tenant, regional power centers, and in locating sites for casual dining, fast-food restaurants, banks, or grocery clients interested in purchasing, or ground leasing land.  He holds a degree from Old Dominion University.

In the Richmond office, the following individuals who were promoted, include:

Harrison Hall was promoted to Senior Vice President.  He specializes in retail site selection, landlord and tenant representation, land assemblage, land sales and investment sales.  Some of his notable mixed-use, landlord representation assignments: West Broad Village, The Row at GreenGate and Libbie Mill – Midtown in Richmond.  He holds a degree from James Madison University.

Zach Means was promoted to Senior Vice President.  His specialties include site selection, developer representation, pre-leasing, investment sales and consulting throughout Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. He holds a degree from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

Peter Vick was promoted to Senior Vice President.  He specializes in retail site selection, landlord and tenant representation, land assemblage, land sales and investment sales.  Some of his notable mixed-use, landlord representation assignments: West Broad Village, The Row at GreenGate and Libbie Mill – Midtown in Richmond.  He holds a degree from the University of Richmond.

Cheryle Toy was promoted to Vice President.  She specializes in landlord and tenant representation, land sales and the redevelopment of properties.  Properties she has represented include the Handcraft Building in Richmond’s Scotts Addition, GRACRE’s 2018 “Best Project of the Year”.  She holds degrees including Real Estate and Urban Land Development from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Sam McCoy was promoted to Senior Vice President.  He specializes in strategic planning, acquisition, site development, sales and leasing of commercial properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region with an emphasis on the southwest Virginia markets.  He holds a master’s degree from James Madison University and a BA from Bridgewater College, Bridgewater, Virginia.
