Lynx Zuckerman at Bonita Grande LLC purchased 67-acres at 27800 Bonita Grande Drive, Bonita Springs, Fla. from SFI Eagle Land LLC for $4,750,000. Michael Price, ALC of LandQwest Commercial brokered the entire transaction.

Sanibel Captiva Community Bank purchased 4,144 square feet of office space at 2406 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel, Fla. from Trust Bank for $1,800,000. Mike Doyle, CCIM and Rokki Rogan, CDPE of LandQwest Commercial represented the buyer. Tony Mangione of Trinity Commercial represented the seller.
