Commerce Tower in Downtown Anniston, Alabama has been purchased by ARCPE of Miami, FL. Harbert Realty’s Casey Howard and Charlie Norton represented the Seller. The ±73,000 SF office tower is located on the corner of Noble Street and 8th Street East in downtown Anniston. The ownership plans to undergo major capital improvements to the building including new roof, fire alarm system, lobby renovations, elevator upgrades, new digital directories, restroom renovations, and exterior upgrades. “The new ownership is eager to carry out improvements to the building, and many of these updates are already in progress,” stated Howard. “Harbert and the ownership are looking forward to leasing the remaining vacancies.” Harbert Realty is handling leasing and management for the ownership of Commerce Tower.
