Harbert Realty to be Developer for Red Mountain Theatre Company’s New Arts Campus
BIRMINGHAM, AL – APRIL 30, 2018 – Red Mountain Theatre Company is proud to announce the start of its Second Act. From its beginning in 1979 as Summerfest Musical Theatre to the now Red Mountain Theatre Company, RMTC takes the stage for its best number yet, the creation of an arts campus in the heart of the Lakeview District in the Southside of Birmingham Alabama. On the site of an 100-year-old bread factory and previous home to ABSCO Fireplace & Patio warehouse, RMTC’s art campus will span a half city block between 27th and 28th Streets South on 5th Avenue South.
Harbert Realty Services will be the developer for a new arts campus for Red Mountain Theatre Company’s (RMTC) in the heart of the Lakeview District in the Southside of Birmingham, Alabama. LIVE Design Group (architects), Brasfield & Gorrie (general contractor) and Harbert Realty Services (developer) are the key team members.
Details on a completion date for the project, as well as the full scope of the construction process remain in development.
