April 3, 2018– Birmingham, AL – Harbert Realty Services represented the buyer in the purchase of a prominent 1st Avenue North portfolio in Birmingham’s downtown core. Located at 2113-2117 1st Avenue North, this ±6,500 SF property is situated within one of Birmingham’s most active corridors. The property is within walking distance of the new Elyton Hotel, the upscale mixed-use development Founders Station, the redevelopment of the Commerce Building into a hotel, Shipt Headquarters, and Row5 luxury housing development. Also, the property benefits from prime street-level entrances on 1st Avenue North.
