Divaris to Manage Norfolk’s Town Point Center Office Building
NORFOLK, VIRGINIA: Gerald S. Divaris, chairman and CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced that CIG Town Point Center, LLC has hired Divaris Property Management Corp to manage Town Point Center located at 150 Boush Street in Norfolk, Virginia. The day-to-day property management will be handled by Tazewell Rinehart, senior property manager with DPMC.
The 131,259-square-foot, 12-story, Class A office building is situated in Downtown Norfolk in the heart of the Central Business District. It is located across from the USS Wisconsin battleship and Half Moone cruise ship terminal and offers extensive water views from its penthouse conference center and penthouse lounge.
Town Point Center is currently 95 percent leased with tenants that include: BDO USA, LLP; The Up Center; Witt Mares, PLC; MCI Communications; Virginia Symphony Orchestra; Goodman Allen Donnelly; and RCMA Americas, Inc.
