Divaris Real Estate’s Washington DC Office Completes Three Transactions for 7,302 Square Feet
TYSONS CORNER, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of the following transactions in the greater Washington, DC metropolitan market, totaling 7,302 square feet of commercial space.
Sale Transaction
613 Taylor Avenue MRE, LLC purchased a 1,146-square-foot PNC Bank building located at 613 Taylor Avenue in Annapolis, Maryland for $725,000. DRE’s Joe Farina and Amit Grover represented the seller, PNC Bank.
Lease Transactions
PJI Law, PLC leased 3,809 square feet of office space located at 3900 Jermantown Road in Fairfax, Va. DRE’s Rob Gray represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Concilio Labs renewed its lease for 2,347 square feet of office space in The Mile located at 8000 Westpark Drive in McLean, Va. Farina and Charlie Webb represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
