RICHMOND, VA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of a transaction for 6,460 square feet of commercial property in the metropolitan Richmond, Virginia market.
Lease Transaction

Blueswipe leased 6,460 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Handcraft Building located at 1501 Roseneath Road in Richmond.  DRE’s Cheryle Toy and Read Goode represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  The payments processing company joins The Fahrenheit Group, 510 Architects, Vasen Brewery, Hazen & Sawyer and Randstad USA in the Handcraft Building.
