Divaris Real Estate’s Richmond Office Completes Nine Transactions Totaling 50,843 Square Feet

RICHMOND, VA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of nine transactions totaling 50,843 square feet of new and renewed commercial space in central Virginia.

Sale Transaction

Benchmark Property purchased a 7,200-square-foot office/warehouse property located at 8650 Brook Road in Glen Allen, Virginia, from RMBT Partnership for $510,000.   Eric Hammond and Dean Foster represented the buyer in the negotiations.

Lease Transactions

CodeRVA Regional High School leased 9,239 square feet of office space located at 1405 Cummings Drive in Richmond.  Peter Vick and Harrison Hall handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant.

Rancho Latino Market leased 4,557 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed 360 West Shopping Center located at 7114 Hull Street Road in Richmond.  Sara Goodall and Laikyn Severson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Other tenants in 360 West include:  Rite Aid, Dollar General, AutoZone, Subway and Jackson Hewitt.

Best Choice Roofing leased 2,670 square feet of office/warehouse space located at 425 Southlake Boulevard in Richmond.  Eric Hammond and Dean Foster handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant.

Southern Taste Diner leased 2,625 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Oxbridge Square Shopping Center located at 9951 Hull Street Road in Richmond.  Cheryle Toy, Sara Goodall and Read Goode represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Other tenants in Oxbridge Square include Starbucks, YouFit, Shoney’s, Subway, and Great Clips.

Trend Salon leased 2,143 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased 5th Street Station located at 5th Street and Bent Creek Parkway in Charlottesville, Va.  Ali McCrickard and Larry Agnew represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Other tenants in 5th Street Station include: Wegmans, Field & Stream, Haverty’s Furniture, A.C. Moore, PetSmart, Timberwood Tap House, Panera Bread, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Hand & Stone, Dollar Tree, Red Mango and more.

Olympia Family Medicine subleased 1,659 square feet of office space from Chesterfield Urology, LLC in Harbour Pointe, located at 6055 Harbour Park Drive in Midlothian, Va.  Eric Hammond represented the sublessor in the lease negotiations.

Lease Renewals

Insulation Distributors renewed its lease for 18,000 square feet of industrial space located at 4325 Carolina Avenue in Richmond.  Cheryle Toy and Read Goode represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

The New Deliverance Tabernacle renewed its lease for 2,750 square feet of retail space in 360 West Shopping Center at 7112-B Hull Street Road in Richmond.  Sara Goodall represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
