VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of the following fourteen transactions totaling 33,997 square feet of new and renewed commercial space throughout the Hampton Roads market.

 

New Transactions

 

Axis Global Enterprises leased 6,104 square feet of Divaris-leased office space located at 1439 North Great Neck Road in Virginia Beach, Va.  The Divaris leasing team of Jason Oliver, Vivian Turok and Alex Divaris represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  DRE’s George Fox handled the lease on behalf of the tenant.

 

Prevailance, Inc. leased 6,009 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Two Columbus Center located at 4500 Main Street in Virginia Beach.  Michael Divaris and Vivian Turok represented the landlord while DRE’s Krista Costa and Katherine Olson represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

 

Science Applications International Corporation leased 3,286 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Southport Centre located at 4525 South Boulevard in Virginia Beach.   DRE’s Chris Bendit and Elizabeth Paasch represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

 

Hiks Fashion of NY leased 3,180 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Victory Crossing located at 4010-B Victory Boulevard in Portsmouth, Va.  OS4 Labor leased 1,260 square feet of retail space located at 4006-C Victory Boulevard in Victory Crossing.  George Fox represented the landlord in both lease negotiations.   The shopping center is anchored by Farm Fresh and Lowe’s Home Improvement.

 

1^st Class Real Estate, LLC leased 1,956 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed 550 Oyster Point Road in Newport News, Va.   Karen Beale, SIOR represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.   Other tenants in this power center include:  FedEx/Kinkos, Cold Stone Creamery, and Pho Saigon 8.

 

Peake Endurance leased 1,750 square feet of retail space in Berkshire Shoppes.  Peake Endurance is a bike spin studio, bicycle repair and maintenance, and personal training facility.  Mommy Makes Stuff leased 1,850 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Berkshire Shoppes located at 1296 South Battlefield Boulevard in Chesapeake, Va.  The do-it-yourself craft classes joins Big Ugly Brewing, Three Girls Restaurant, Allstate Insurance and Jazzercise in Berkshire Shoppes.  Kayla Olson and Bickford represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

 

Summit Behavior Therapy leased 1,500 square feet of office space in North Great Neck Professional Center located at 1435 North Great Neck Road in Virginia Beach.   Elizabeth Napolitano represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

 

Tapioca Go leased 1,300 square feet of retail space in Walmart Way Crossing located at 1431-1445 Sams Circle in Chesapeake, Va.  Napolitano represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

 

Premier Soccer leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Crossways Shopping Center located at 1412 Greenbrier Parkway in Chesapeake.  DRE’s Dave Redmond represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Other tenants in Crossways Shopping Center include Ross Dress for Less, Marshalls, T.J.Maxx, ULTA, Value City Furniture, Michael’s, Rack Room Shoes, Panera and Kirklands.

Annointed Hair leased 997 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Shoppes at Lake James located at 5347 Lila Lane in Virginia Beach.   Kayla Olson and Bickford represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

 

Lease Renewals

 

Joginswe Pal, MD renewed a lease for 1,850 square feet of office space located at 4356 Bonney Road in Virginia Beach.  Krista Costa and Katherine Olson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

 

Monroe Capital Partners renewed its lease for 1,755 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Medical Building of Courthouse Green located at 4097 Ironbound Road in Williamsburg.   Karen Beale represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Other tenants in the property include Keller Williams and Williamsburg Orthodontics.
