Lease Transactions
TST Roofing leased 7,800 square feet of office/warehouse space located at 5721 Bayside Road in Virginia Beach, VA. DRE’s Krista Costa and Katherine Olson represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
PROSOFT leased 3,400 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Lynnhaven Commons Office Building located at 500 Viking Drive in Virginia Beach. Vivian Turok and Elizabeth Paasch represented the tenant while DRE’s Elizabeth Napolitano represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The office building is now 100 percent occupied
Individuals First leased 1,800 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Thalia Landing Office Condominiums Building 2 located at 4356 Bonney Road in Virginia Beach. Krista Costa and Katherine Olson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
J&R Kickboxing leased 2,700 square feet of retail space in College Park Crossing located at 6550 Hampton Roads Parkway in Suffolk, Va. DRE’s Erica Rorrer and Erica McKinstry of Friedman Brokerage Co., represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
G. Kuts leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in Divaris-leased and -managed Oyster Point Square located at 11710 Jefferson Avenue in Newport News, Va. DRE’s George Fox and Kris Fuller represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The barber shop joins Food Lion, Family Dollar, Alfresco, Nawab and The UPS Store in Oyster Point Square.
Lease Renewals
Clinical Associates of Tidewater renewed its lease for 4,331 square feet of office space in Liberty Commons located at 12695 McManus Boulevard in Newport News. Karen Beale, SIOR represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Atlantic Mortgage renewed its lease for 3,815 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Windwood Centre located at 780 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach. Vivian Turok represented the landlord while Elizabeth Paasch represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
