Jessica Johnson to Oversee Divaris’ Full-Service Offerings in this key U.S. Growth Market
Virginia Beach, VA (December 12, 2021) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. is pleased to announce its newest office expansion into Raleigh, North Carolina. Jessica Johnson will oversee the new office as Principal Managing Broker while maintaining her continued market presence in Roanoke, Virginia as Senior Vice President.
The 2021 Real Estate Exchange listed Raleigh, North Carolina as one of the nation’s fastest-growing markets for commercial real estate investing and leasing. For Divaris Real Estate, Raleigh is a natural bridge between offices in Southeastern and Southwestern Virginia with its existing full-service office in Charlotte.

Johnson joined Divaris with over fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry specializing in both tenant and landlord representation, and for the last six years was also head of her former firm’s retail team for the Southwest Virginia region.
Johnson is a member of the CCIM Mid-Atlantic chapter and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and serves as Vice President on the CCIM Mid-Atlantic Board of Directors, and on the CCIM National Marketing Committee. Additionally Johnson serves on the Downtown Roanoke INC (DRI) Board of Directors and Economic Development Committee.
