Divaris Real Estate Brokers Office Sale, Immediately Backfills Vacant Space
VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces it has brokered the sale of 1439 North Great Neck Road, a two-story, 11,450-square-foot office building located in Virginia Beach, for $1,575,000. Vivian Turok and Jason Oliver, CCIM represented the seller, SLM Investments, LLC; Alex Divaris, CCIM represented the buyer, 1439 Associates, LLC. Divaris identified the buyer within the first week of marketing the property.
The buyer’s firm, EDC Homes, will occupy the second floor of the building. EDC is one of the fastest growing home builders in the Hampton Roads area, offering top-quality homes at affordable prices in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk and Portsmouth.
Soon after closing, DRE completed 6,104-square-foot lease with Axis Global Enterprises, Inc. to occupy the remainder of the building. Turok and Oliver represented the landlord and George Fox, also with DRE, represented the tenant. Axis Global provides superior construction and security technology solutions to a variety of clients.
