Divaris Real Estate Announces New Lease Secured In Georgetown, D.C.
Washington, D.C. (Dec. 8, 2023) —Divaris Real Estate, a leading commercial real estate agency, is pleased to announce the signing of a new lease with The Brand Guild in the Historic Georgetown area. The innovative creative agency has committed to a 5-year lease for a 10,600 square-foot space located at 1056 Thomas Jefferson St. NW, Washington D.C.
The renovated creative space consists of coworking and office spaces, a full-service kitchen, and conferencing areas. Located off Thomas Jefferson Street, the space has an extensive window line along Georgetown’s historic C&O Canal and is conveniently positioned near retailers, restaurants and hotels.
