LEASES
Etuk Americas leased 13,000 square feet of industrial space located at 1710 MacTavish Ave. in Richmond. Cheryle Toy represented the landlord.
Marine Solutions leased 2,722 square feet of office space in Reflections III located at 208 Golden Oak Court in Virginia Beach. Brian Devlin represented the landlord.
