Divaris Real Estate Announces $30.5 Million and 220,190 Square Feet of Transactions Completed in April 2019

 

VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of 36 transactions totaling $30,458,358 and 220,190 square feet of sold, leased and renewed commercial property throughout Virginia; North Carolina and metropolitan Washington, DC markets in April 2019.

Sales Transactions

  • Smith & Cottingham, LLC purchased a 6,212-square-foot office suite in Meadowdale Square at 5935 Hopkins Road in Richmond from Lucky Old SSN, LLC for $509,500.  Eric Hammond, Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the buyer.
  • Garrison Enterprises, Inc. purchased two acres of land in the Chesterfield Air Park at 7821 Courthouse Three Lane in North Chesterfield, Va, from Courthouse 3, LLC, for $372,600.   Laikyn Severson represented the seller.
  • Leo Salinas purchased a 4,100-square-foot retail property at 2320 Oaklawn Boulevard in Hopewell for $319,000 from Inzaina Enterprises.  Eric Hammond and Dean Foster represented the seller, and John Madures represented the buyer.
  • The Garage LLC purchased the 3,685-square-foot former PNC Bank training facility at 116-118 East Main Street in Westminster, Maryland from PNC Bank, NA for $349,000.  Joe Farina and Amit Grover represented the seller.
  • Phoebus Group 2, LLC purchased a 3,956-square-foot, freestanding building at 25 South Mallory Street in Hampton, Va, from Thomas C. Staton for $275,000.  Melissa Martinovich represented both the buyer and the seller.

  • Hazen and Sawyer DPC expanded its lease by 6,326 square feet for a total of 19,011 square feet of office space in Two Columbus Center at 4500 Main Street in the Town Center of Virginia Beach.  Michael Divaris, Vivian Turok and Krista Costa represented the landlord.
  • Old Navy leased 15,363 square feet of retail space in Landstown Commons at 3312 Princess Anne Road in Virginia Beach.  Levi Thomson represented the landlord and Mary McGovern represented the tenant.
  • The Boathouse Restaurant leased 10,800 square feet of retail space in Chesterfield Towne Center at 11500 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond.  Brett McNamee represented the landlord.
  • Fidelity Brokerage Services leased 5,447 square feet of retail space in Two Columbus Center at 4500 Main Street in Virginia Beach.   Erica Rorrer, Gerald Divaris and Sezin Cortinas represented the landlord.
