VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (December 2, 2020) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of 47 transactions totaling $24,715,568 and 327,701 square feet of sold, new or renewed leases in commercial properties throughout Virginia, Maryland and North Carolina in November, 2020.

Sales Transactions

 

  • Stanley Martin Companies, LLC purchased 98,881 square feet of industrial space at 1480- 1500 West Moore St. in Richmond from 1500 West Moore Street, LC for $4,000,000.  Read Goode and Cheryle Toy represented the buyer.
  • Frontier Kitchen, LLC purchased the 11,854-square-foot office-flex condominium suite at 25387 Pleasant Valley Road in Chantilly, Va. from Wyss Real Estate Holdings, LLC for $2,225,000.  Chris Saa represented the buyer.
