Divaris Real Estate Announces $21.5 Million and 143,304 Square Feet in Completed Transactions for November 2018

VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of 38 transactions totaling $21,535,930 and 143,304 square feet of sold, leased and renewed commercial property in the Hampton Roads, Richmond and Central Virginia, and metropolitan Washington, DC markets in November 2018.

Sales Transactions

  • Michael D. Sifen, Inc. purchased the 37.9-acre Harbour View Parcel 4 at Harbourview Boulevard and Hampton Roads Parkway in Suffolk, Va, from Harbourview Partners for $4.2 million.  David Redmond and Levi Thomson represented the seller.
  • Dunkin Donuts purchased a 3,412-square-foot commercial building on .916 acres of land at 5284 Providence Road in Virginia Beach from Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., for $1,025,000.   George Fox represented the buyer. 
  • Opportunity Street purchased the 8,679-square-foot PNC Bank at 110 West Main Street in Salisbury, Maryland from PNC Bank, NA for $225,000.  Joe Farina and Amit Grover represented the seller.
  • Greenway Commercial, Inc. purchased 1.71 acres of land at 16600 Jefferson Davis Highway in Colonial Heights, Va from Big VA Properties for $175,000.  Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the seller.
  • Full Gospel Light & Love Church purchased 1.95 acres of land at 14551 Warwick Boulevard in Newport News, Va, from Kyong Suk Han for $10,000.  Aeri Jai represented the seller.
