Mercer Street Partners Selects Divaris to Manage Corporate Center V
VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Michael B. Divaris, president and chief operating officer of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced that the company has been hired by New York-based private investment firm, Mercer Street Partners to be the property manager for Corporate Center V. Mercer Street Partners recently-acquired the 71,000-square-foot office building located at 4425 Corporation Lane in Virginia Beach. The property serves as the corporate headquarters for Amerigroup Corp, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anthem Inc. The four-story building is currently fully occupied.
Corporate Center V is in Virginia Beach’s Central Business District at Pembroke, situated a block from Pembroke Mall and across Virginia Beach Boulevard from The Town Center of Virginia Beach, which is also leased by Divaris Real Estate and managed by Divaris Property Management Corp.
Tazewell Rinehart, senior property manager of Divaris Property Management Corp, will be the property manager in charge of the building. She has worked at Divaris for over ten years and brings a total of 25 years of experience in commercial property management to the assignment.
